REFUND POLICY

     At Sparrowbazaar, we believe that customer satisfaction is key. Therefore, we stand behind all products bought at our site. Sparrowbazaar strives to give a hassle-free purchase experience to our customers.

If you receive a product that is not as per the specifications ordered by you

i.e.,
• Wrong size
• Wrong colour
• Wrong quantity
• Defective
• Damaged or Missing

 You are completely protected. Sparrowbazaar offers 10 days Refund guarantee for such cases.

1. Refund upon Bank Transfer

     In case of the product not meeting your requirements or expectations and want to return it, if it does not involve any mistakes on our side, you should raise a return request within 2 days of the order delivery. Upon receipt of the order back to us, after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check (Kindly pack the return items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit), We will issue the refund of the same after deducting the SHIPPING FEE.

2. Refund upon Store Credit

     Store Credit will be issued only by the receipt of the order back to us. After the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. We will issue the store coupon code after deducting the SHIPPING FEE. The coupon validation period will be 30 days from the date of issue, which you can redeem on your next purchase.

     We don’t offer a return pick up if our logistics partner doesn’t provide return at your pin code zone (or) the return product value is less than shipping fee (Click here to check AVAILABILITY & SHIPPING CHARGES). In such case, We advice you to Self-Ship the return shipment by courier and share the waybill with us, the whole product value will be issued as Refund/Store Coupon.

We will also not be able to Issue the Refund if we identify the product is

  • Used, Worn (or) Altered.
  • Returned without original packaging and accessories.
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Serial Number has tampered/thrown away.

     Kindly make sure that your mobile number is valid and reachable. We may need to give a confirmation call for all COD- Cash on Delivery Orders. Also, have someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.

Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with all security measures from our packing unit. Please don’t accept any damaged or torn parcel (Don’t hesitate to take video proof if you feel suspicious about the parcel), DO NOT accept it and inform us at 9566255570 (11 AM-7 PM) or email us at info@sparrowbazaar.com. If the parcel is received such case, it will be your responsibility for the products.

Shipping Charges

  • For all the purchases flat shipping cost is Rs 60/- only
  • For cash on Delivery is available for all orders above Rs 300/-
  • Free Shipping is available for all orders above 400/-

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Sparrowbazaar

     While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Sparrowbazaar, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to)
• Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Restrictions on the quantity or number of orders as per terms & conditions
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
• Inaccurate or insufficient address
• Non-serviceable locations

     At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

     In case we receive a cancellation notice from you at the earliest of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. Shipping Fee will be deducted for orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
If your payment made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, you will receive the refund amount within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date and credit back to your bank account.
